沉默的你

跳跃音符已遗落
悬挂
你那颗最初的心
在沉默中
诚恳的流露那一眼最初最美的
温柔

于是
你默默的
将一季思念的传真
复印昨夜与今夜的记忆
让风在爱恋之夜
告诉 你美丽的笑容 仍是一池沉静又幽美的涟漪
(你底美丽的脸 长满许多沉默的因子)
言语已是太奢侈了

在千里与千里的无声中
沦陷我们久已被干渴所占据的心
你在无言的河岸
撒下许多美丽的沉淀
一夜有风有雨有思念的不眠
就被俘虏了

沉默的你
仍是一座最原始的豪情
隐藏在 你美丽的双眼中

你 会不会带走
那一盏响往已久的灯火?.....................

酒涡

你的酒涡
是一池陷阱的春暖
深深的
如十二月波浪
在汹涌澎湃......

长发飘拂后
留在你酒涡旁边
是涟漪
於多年以来就肯定的
生存
而我们的憧憬
印证在笑靨中
(有人说:生酒涡的人
一定会喝酒
你曾
跋山渡海的
喝起酒来吗?)
一筐 的潇洒
在两个海港中
装满了
许多无言
让生命
燃亮整个黑夜......

Shanghai Nite Dinner, Kota Bharu

Attending old friend wedding dinner at Renaissance Hotel, dinner theme was 'Shanghai 1950'. I jumped into my mum cheong sam, looks like fifty years old!!! Hubby kept his little beard just for the nite, looks very funny.. Well, we all enjoyed the nite....







I met with old friend Wan Chin at the dinner...

Dinner at Renaissance Hotel, Kota Bharu

It was a rainy evening when we arrived at Renaissance Hotel. So we enjoyed our dinner in the hotel restaurant, foods are fantastic...

Simply ordered some...

This is the special nasi goreng kampung, served with chicken wing penyet..

Fish head curry... look spicy and hot but actually not...

Market Siti Khatijah, Kota Bharu

Here we reached the market...

Various types of kuih-muih are sold here...

Keropok lekur, most famaus snacks in Kelantan, also found in Satok sunday market.

I still remember this fruit calls keranji in my home town, like it very much when I was a kid...

Baby egg plant, never see this in our local market, cute, maybe have to ask Lao Chai what variety is this...

Wao! Giant groundnut...

I have no idea what is this actually.... Maybe somebody can help...

A walk in Kota Bharu town

We walked around 3km from our hotel the next morning to the central market, passed by the tourism board, lots of old shop houses.... that day was Friday, Kelantan's Sunday, I felt strange and different, the street was quiet, shops were closed, hoping to see more peoples and life soon... I kept on walking....











Finally we reach the sunday market, full of peoples, with their tudungs, stuffs sold here were very different from out Satok sunday market, very interesting...

You can find lots of keropok stall here, Kelantan most famous snack!



















Also lots of shops selling cloths, colourful, flowery and silky... but I failed to choose even one, too bad...

























There is a clock tower near the Siti Khatijah market, with two cats lying lazily beside that morning.....

My Version of 上海月饼

今年尝试了新的月饼制作recipe, 上海式, 奶油饼皮, 内馅有pandan, tiramisu 及 chocalate flavour 莲蓉, 饼皮松脆, 朋友们满喜欢, 制作过程如下:

饼皮材料: (约35 粒)

(A)
牛油100g
糖粉饰60g
蛋黄2粒
淡奶2汤匙

(B)

中筋面粉200g
蛋黄粉末30g
奶粉发粉半茶匙10g

做法:
1. 将A料拌滑, 加入B料, 拌成软团, 让其休息15分钟.
2. 分成每粒约35g.
3. 包入馅料, 滚成圆形.
4. 扫上蛋黄液, 以北180C 烘约25分钟既可.

Breakfast at KB

We have breakfast at Kemaman Kopitiam during the first day of our trip to Kota Bharu, Kelantan. A cup of Kemaman coffee, toast and their special mee suop.... quite nice, the coffee is different here, dark and thick...cloudy... but still prefer our local kopi C in Kuching....
