It's Laksa Time

Home cooked laksa always made a difference..... The laksa paste was from Jenny, a friend from ARC. Wanted to cook for long time but just waiting for the right time! We used two packets of the paste, not so spicy for the kids.




The ingredients were quite standard, shredded chicken, prawns, bean sprouts, eggs, Bee Hun (rice vermicelli), santan and of course.... must have Coriander leaves and lime!!! But... the magic thing still the paste!!! Must say thank you to Jenny!
